Fusion chose LOTH as their trusted partner because our team was able to provide a one point of contact customer experience while guiding them through the design process seamlessly.  We worked to create a design that felt tech-forward, but comfortable and welcome. Areas were created where unintentional collaboration could occur. Top of mind was to design the space to encourage organic transfers of communication. The leaders at Fusion visited the Grandview Work Studio in late 2020 to identify settings and finish selections for their own space. Fusion was a great client, trusting our process and allowing the talented team they hired create a space that is fresh and thought provoking.

Covid-19 Impacted the Original Plan

Fusion initially were looking to take 12K of office space. With Covid-19 being a factor in many businesses, they decided to move in a different direction, focusing the new smaller footprint on shared spaces, flexibility, and collaboration. Their team was use to working in a larger footprint. Focusing on making the space work harder for each team was a challenge we worked hard to solve for.
